1. Data controller

TDA Logistics & Services, S. de R.L. de C.V. ("TDA Logistics") is the controller of the personal data you provide as a job candidate, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations.

Our human resources team handles any matter related to this notice at capitalhumano@tdaservices.mx.

2. Personal data we process

• Identification and contact data: name, email address, phone number and city.
• Data from your resume: education, work experience, skills and references.
• For driving and operations roles, at later stages of the process, data related to your driver's license and driving record.

Do not include sensitive data in your application or resume, such as health information, religious beliefs, union membership, ethnic origin or sexual orientation. We do not need it to evaluate your profile. If the law or the role requires sensitive data at a later stage, such as a medical exam for drivers, we will ask for it separately and with your express written consent.

The application form does not store information on our server: it prepares an email in your own email app, and your data reaches us only if you choose to send it.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data for the following purposes, which are necessary for your hiring process:

• Evaluating your profile for the position or area you selected.
• Contacting you for interviews and assessments.
• Checking your work references, always with your authorization.

In addition, we may keep your application to consider you for future openings. If you do not want this, write to capitalhumano@tdaservices.mx with the subject "Do not keep my application".

If you are hired, your data will become part of your employee file, which is governed by the employee privacy notice we will give you at that time.

4. Retention

If you are not hired, we will keep your application for up to 12 months after the hiring process ends and then delete it securely, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

5. Transfers and processors

We do not share your data with third parties, except when a competent authority requires it by law. The email and hosting providers we use process data on our behalf and are required to protect it.

6. ARCO rights, withdrawal of consent and limiting use

You may access, rectify or cancel your data, object to its processing, withdraw your consent or limit its use by sending a request to capitalhumano@tdaservices.mx with your name, a copy of an official ID, a way to contact you and a description of the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the time limits set by law.

7. Changes to this notice

Any changes to this notice will be posted on this page with their update date.

8. Authority

If you believe your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated, you may file a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority in Mexico.
